Evening YOGA classes: Starting January 15th. Gentle Hatha yoga consists of different stretches, postures and breathing techniques which allow the participant to improve their flexibility, balance, health and well-being. There are no prerequisites. Each person advances at their own rhythm. After an hour of gentle stretching and movement, participants leave relaxed with a deep sense of well-being. A yoga mat is recommended but for people unable to perform the floor exercises, it is possible to do them on a chair. They will now be held at Serenity Gardens, 840 Notre Dame.
