Companion Services We all know no one can replace a caregiver who is a family member, however we will do our best to offer personalized services wherever the person in need might be: Home, in a residence or at the hospital
In-home Services Our specialists or companions give personalized service, based on the interests and abilities of the participants, in the comfort of their own home. For the availability and the conditions of this service, please give us a call.
In-Residence services Our In-Residence program offers a wide range of group activities: Physical, artistic, and cognitive. In addition to the obvious benefits, these activities break the isolation of the participants especially at the beginning of their stay in a residence.
In-Hospital Services Our specialists or companions commit to follow the participants they care for should they be hospitalized. This lessens the stress they feel by being moved out of their usual environment.
In Partnership with the SSCPN we have Caregiver family resource guides books and pamphlets etc for borrowing
